Rating: 4 out of 5 My Favorite Book Brought to Life by Lehrerin on 8/2/22 Morrison Center for the Performing Arts - Boise.I'm not sure about the selection of the parts of the Great Divorce, if a salvation message is to come across strong. I really like the acting, but again the visuals and the sound left something to be desired. Also, I felt much of the flavor of Lewis was left out of the production. I liked what they did, but the sound was sometimes not loud enough to hear all the dialogue, which was often rapid-fire, and the setting was disappointing. Excellent acting by just 4 actors, 3 of whom played multiple roles. Based on the book of the same title by CS Lewis the show was compelling, thought provoking, not preachy or in-your-face. The Great Divorce performed by Fellowship for Performing Arts on 7-30-22 at the Morrison Center in Boise was a fantastic show.
